This pinned thread is for listing sites with good Blender tutorial links on them. I'll sticky it but not lock it so you can post and add those that I miss.

Of course there's always the Official Documentation. You can also try Blender Noob to Pro. It was zero help while I was first learning, but that was five or six years ago; maybe things have improved.

BlenderCookie. In particular have a look at the Getting Started page.

Blender Newbies. This one has some great videos.

My experience so far has been that by and large you're more likely to find a tut that illustrates a specific feature than one that does the specific thing you want to do. And working with DAZ and Poser requires some highly specific workflows and workarounds. This is why I'll be posting custom tuts specific to these programs on this forum as time goes by.

I've been to each of those sites. I'll have to check my bookmarks to see if I have any others to add to the list.

I'm a complete newbie with Blender and have found the book "Blender for Dummies" by Jason van Gumster to be really helpful.

That's good to know. I've been using Blender for a couple of years now, so I don't think it would help me much, but if it has good info about the Blender UI, then I'm sure it will help Blender beginners as I found it a bit confusing trying to find where everything was. :)
