Hiya! I've been wanting to get resets of the downloads on my past orders as due to a lovely crash, i've lost a LOT of stuff and need to reset. I emailed the help address requesting resets on the 1st September, but wondering if my email got lost as I haven't had a response yet. Can i find out if my email wasn't received and if I should be using a different address to request resets?
