 Post subject: PoserAddicts/PayPal Didn't Turn On My Order! PLS READ FIRST!

OK, I JUST PURCHASED SOMETHING, PAID BY PAYPAL, AND...
DIDN'T GET THE DOWNLOAD CODES !!!!


Just in case you make a PayPal payment during an order at our store and the order download is not verified within at least 30-60 seconds after placing the payment, please contact us immediately via HELP (at) PoserAddicts (dot) com and tell us your order number and we will immedately check the PayPal inbox.

We have experienced issues where PayPal received more than one payment at one moment and one gets verified and the other does not. So we have to stay on top of it and watch the transaction flow happening, to make sure the customers get their products quickly.

WE ARE NOT OPEN 24/7 - TIMEZONE ISSUES

We have customers who are located around the globe in many different timezones. We are located in Central Europe, meaning our timezone is GMT+1 which means that we are one hour later than the United Kingdom, and we are six hours later than the East Coast of the United States.

If you are not familiar with Time Zones, then this page will help you alot with figuring out time around the world: World Clocks. Look on the page for "Berlin", and you'll know what our time currently is. Our offices are manned from 9.00 to 20.00 hours Monday through Friday. We check in on the weekends sometimes too, remotely.

Once you figure out what your time zone is and what ours is, then determine if your order question was not handled by us during our regular working hours.

NASTYGRAMS & NAME CALLING - Publicly or Privately

Please do not write us "nastygrams" calling us every possible name in the book, if the order didn't get switched on by PayPal, this is something outside of our control, but we will do everything to get you your product if you send us a quick note at the HELP address (its on the CONTACT option on the store page header too) and tell us your order and that payment was completed via PayPal.

PAYPAL RETRACTIONS OR REPORTING US FOR FRAUD

We have recently experienced a customer issue where the customer was located in the United States in GMT-6 (Central Time) and ordered a product at 23.00 hours their time in the USA, and PayPal did not automatically turn on the order, but accepted the payment from them. After nothing happened from the store side, the customer immediately wrote our Help email, and wrote mail after mail, each one getting more angry at us, to the point that they filed a Fraud Report with PayPal, and we now have to explain to PayPal why their order was not completed - although it was PayPal not sending the code to our store software that caused the initial problem.

If we note such actions without giving us at least 24 hours to respond to your Help mails, then we will consider closing your account at our store if it is not amicably resolved.
